I can die right now. Totally.

Passing Ateneo was already the best, most unexpected turning point of my existence to date.

But I was wrong, totally wrong.

Passing Ateneo was my one of my wildest dreams come true. Passing DLSU let me know I'm safe. But not the next turn of events I'm going to break to you is far more surprising than ever.

I made the grade to enter U.P. Diliman. ((:

I totally can't believe it. Imagine, right minus 1/4 wrong type of test. Yet, I made it to the cut-off grade! Oh my God, this is far from what I have foreseen to happen in my existence as a student. God really loves me. He really does.

And so does everyone else. ((:

And as my friend, Majo, told me, miracles have to have these two elements for them to come true: GOD and US. ((:

I totally believe in what she said.

Pray and do your part. Know your purpose and limitations.

It still hasn't sinked in that I freakin' passed Ateneo! Just seeing my name appear on the screen is so surreal; it simply blew my mind off my skull. If only adding the word "literally" after "skull" is possible, well, you'd see it there. [[;

But here's the catch. I'd love to share with you the almost soap opera-ish experience I had prior to the good news. ((:

Sobrang gloomy na'ko nung hapon kahapon kasi sobrang naramdaman ko na wala akong pag-asa na makapasa sa Ateneo. Hayun, sobrang lungkot ko talaga kasi kahit nga waiting list, mahirap makapasok. Tisk. Tapos hayun, gawa-gawa ng stencil at nood-nood ng TV. Eh, nagrerecharge ako ng phone nun sa may bandang sink. Edi, lapit ako. May 3 messages. Dalawa galing kay Majo at isa galing sa tatay ko. Edi pinindot ko yung 'Read' key. Tapos nabasa ko: "Kiichi, pasado kang ateneo! Waa!" Dalawang beses pa. Shet, sabi ko sa sarili ko! Totoo ba 'to? Naiiyak ako na nanginginig na kinikilig. Nireplyan ko si Majo, sabi ko: "Shet, majo! Nasan ka?" Hindi talaga ako makapaniwala. Tapos nabasa ko ung reply ng tatay ko na sobrang haba! Ito ung sabi sa text ng tatay ko: "K". Haha. Ayan na yun. Hehe. Habang hinihintay ko reply ni Majo, tinuloy ko yung pagbabasa sa news article about sa pagkapanalo ni Obama sa Iowa caucuses. Waa. Thank you so much, Sir! Waa. Sana nga manalo ka talaga. ((:

Hayun, going back. Edi sabi ni Majo sa reply niya na nasa Ateneo daw siya, tapos AB Lit (Eng) yung pinasa ko. Waa. Shet, first choice! Waaaaaaaaaa. Nababaliw na talaga ako. Tinext ko na yung nanay ko. Haha. Sobrang surreal talaga bawat segundo na nagdaan simula hapon ng January 5. Waa. THANK YOU, LORD GOD! ;]]

Sobrang congratulations sa mga nakapasa! ((: Former schoolmates at batchmates, masaya ako para sa inyo. Kung nag-apply kayo for scholarship at hindi natanggap, next year na! Sabay-sabay tayong pipila, if ever na dun talaga tayo papasok.

Waa. Pero ako, dream school ko yun. I won't even get to the thought of letting it go. Sino ba naman ako para pakawalan yun?

So, medyo dapat ng tigilan ang katamaran at procrastination sa buhay-estudyante. Waa, come on. Walang panahon para palalain ang sakit na tamaritis, haha. Pero ewan ko, baka sinasabi ko lang ito ngayon. Pero bahala na si Johnny Depp saken. Haha. ((:

Btw, walang Sweeney Todd dito sa 'Pinas! Pft.

BUT, my to-do list hasn't been emptied yet since, err, the very first day of the Christmas break. Pft. Good grief. There are heaps of homeworks that need to be done by the weekend. Sigh. );


Good news, my good ol' folks! I passed the DLSU-CET! Wee! But. Yeah, another BUT. The ACET results will be released by this Saturday, the 5th. AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH! And the USTET results will also be made public on the 28th of the month. Breathe in, breathe out. Sigh. This is sweet, sheer torture, my folks, sweet, sheer torture indeed.



Oh, well. At least, I shall know the verdicts of the schools upon me. No hard feelings. ((:
